NAPLES, Fla. — Luxury residential specialist Dante DiSabato of William Raveis Real Estate recently sold the 1926 Addison Mizner-designed estate, 670 Gulf Shore Boulevard South in the Olde Naples Historic District, for $22.5 million. The price represents the top sale price of the new year and one of the highest prices per linear beachfront foot in Naples ever (according to MLS).

The oversized gated estate is an area favorite due to its classic styling, incredible landscaping and Old World tiled pool, culminating in a vintage Palm Beach feel replete with a private guest apartment. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom, 4,345-square-foot (under air) home sits on 1.1 acres of manicured lawns designed by landscape architect Scott Windham.

“This is one of Naples most iconic properties and to be able to represent the transaction both the buyer and the seller was truly an honor,” DiSabato says. “For close to a century this property has been a shining example of what the Naples lifestyle is all about—sand, sunshine, glamour and style. I’m sure the new owners will cherish the history and luxury of 670 (Gulf Shore Boulevard South).”

The uniquely-shaped property is 400 feet deep and features 100 feet of beachfront on the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico.

DiSabato, who regularly ranks as one of the top-performing agents not only locally, but nationally as well, saw a surge in sales in the Naples area in 2020. Among his more notable sales for 2020: 333 Gulf Shore Boulevard South, a 5,896-square-foot contemporary; and 3330 Rum Row, a 5,306-square-foot modern estate in the renowned Port Royal neighborhood (both of which his company, Limitless Development built); 1475 Gulf Shore Blvd. South; and 1003 Moraya Bay.

“Perhaps because of the difficulties of this past year, people have recognized the importance of having the perfect home in the perfect location,” says DiSabato. “There is no better place than Naples and people who understand and expect the best are flocking here more than ever before. Even the most discerning buyer can appreciate what Naples has to offer.”

Further proving that point, DiSabato had already closed $47 million in deals by the first week of January of this year, with another $30 million under contract.

Dante DiSabato has sold more than $500 million in real estate in his career and currently has listings available in Port Royal, Olde Naples, Moraya Bay and elsewhere in the Naples area. He is a former “40-Under-40” in Gulfshore Business magazine’s annual roundup of Southwest Florida’s highest achievers, has been named a “Top Producer” by Gulfshore Life magazine, and has earned Sales Award recognition from The Realty Alliance for exceptional performance. It’s no wonder why clients come back time and time again. They expect — and get — unsurpassed value.
