NAPLES, Fla. — If you’re keeping score at home, the mega mansions of Naples are selling fast and furiously. Concierge broker Dante DiSabato of William Raveis Real Estate recently sold 2800 Gordon Drive, a 2.05-acre estate property with 153 feet of beachfront along the Gulf of Mexico.
Last sold in 1998, the spacious 7,298-square-foot, six-bedroom, eight-and-a-half bathroom property features it’s own lake in front and the Gulf of Mexico to the rear. Although this home is slightly smaller than some of its neighbors, the new owners love the floor plan and intend to merely update the interior and enjoy their direct Gulf view.
“The view is just incredible,” says DiSabato, who represented the buyer. Of course, that shouldn’t come as a surprise as the property sits directly next-door to the famed Port Royal Club.
This sale follows other major sales in the area by DiSabato in the first quarter of 2021, including the $22.5 million 670 Gulf Shore Blvd. South designed by famed architect Addison Mizner in 1926, and the $14.7 million 3320 Rum Row in Port Royal. All totaled, DiSabato had more than $100 million in sales through the first four months of 2021.
